What I add in my smoothie packs:

Berry Smoothie – frozen berries, 1/2 banana, frozen spinach cube, 1/2 scoop protein powder, avocado. 

Apple Ginger Smoothie – Apple sliced, grated ginger root or ground ginger, frozen cauliflower, squeeze of lemon or lime, 1/2 banana, hemp seeds, ground flax seeds, 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder. 

To make your smoothie: dump pack ingredients into blender, add liquid of choice (I do almond milk or water) and blend. 

My kids love this Banana Oatmeal Blender Pancake recipe. 

I made a couple simple salads, cut up raw veggie sticks and washed and cut any other veg I will need during the week.

I pre cooked some of our chicken for quick and simple meals. 

My kids love home fries. I cut potatoes using our fry slicer, drizzled coconut oil and added salt and pepper. I baked them about half way, cooled, then froze so they can be baked in our camper oven but done up a lot quicker. 

Now, it’s time to relax for the week! Food is made and beach is calling!
