Hi! I am Teri,

 

Registered Nutritionist, founder of Mama Recharged and creator of the Mama Recharged Method.

My mission is to help moms who find themselves exhuasted and just not feeling great, to get their energy back and thier health back using a proven system that is do-able AND where they don’t feel deprived in the process. I have gone through this transformation in my own life. I was so tired all the time. I felt so old and rundown with a whole host of symptoms, and knew that there was a better way – I didn’t need to just accept feeling that way. I took matters into my own hands. With changes in my diet and a few lifestyle shifts I was able to drastically change my health and my quality of life. I feel like I can now fully enjoy this precious stage of life with my little ones. Having the energy now to do so has made all the difference. I no longer count calories, I no longer have the intense food cravings I once did. And a nice side effect to this is as that I weigh less than I did in my teens, and I’m not stressing about calories or the numbers on the scale like I once did. 

 

I also am a vision boarding, goal setting, mindfulness ninja. New Year’s resolutions are my jam! I owe a big part of my success in finally making changes that last to a shift in my mindset. So I’m really excited to be bringing this challenge to you and teaching you what I have learnt!

You’ll become aware of the negative things you say to yourself that prior, you didn’t even realize. And learn how to train your mind to flip that thought to a positive. You’ll have learnt why this is so powerful in getting what you want in life.

LET’S GET MOTIVATED

You’ll have either a vision board created (the new way – no more clipping magazines), or a goal card, or motivating videos in your “back pocket” for those tough days. This is my favourite day! You’ll get to join in on the vision board facebook party if that’s your jam!

THE POWER OF HABIT

You’ll have the know how to harness the power of habit to achieve your goals through creating unconscious daily activities that get you there. Turning it into a habit that continues on long after.

THIS ALL SOUNDS GREAT BUT….

 

I am so busy already, I don’t have the time. You only need about 30 minutes each day for the 5 days. Think of it as your time to slow down a little, to dream and plan. It will re-energize you. Grab a cup of coffee or tea, cuddle up and watch the short daily video and jot down your task in a notebook or in the printable workbook. There’s no meal prepping or anything. This week we are pausing and focusing on our goal setting and motivation tactics.

 

I just want to get started with working on my New Year’s resolutions I have set. I know with the motivation of the New Year you likely just want to jump right in. BUT taking a few minutes each day with this challenge will make it much more likely that you will stick with your goals longer than just a couple weeks (which actually is how long most New Year’s resolutions last). This year let’s make those resolutions last!

 

I have young kids. My kids are my focus right now. You are an amazing mom and I know how they take up all your time and focus, I’ve been there…and am still there… BUT it’s important to fill your cup so you can pour out to others. I will show you how you can achieve the goals you want the strategic way.
