This month is all about healthy-eating on the go! Whether that is preparing for a week of camping, a weekend at the cabin or just snacks for on the road, we've go you covered!

First, let’s start with my favourite Summertime recipe ebooks! So many delicious summer recipes that are also HEALTHY!

Basic Prep:

– wash and chop lettuce, store in ziplock bags to save space.
– wash and chop raw veggies
– wash and package a variety of fruit
– make up your favourite bar or healthy cookie recipe

More ideas…

– Make up mason jar salads

– Make up smoothie packs (see 2017 prep)

– Make pancakes and freeze between parchment paper

– Bake chicken breast and freeze to add to lunch salads or dinner
