OUR CAMPING MEAL PLAN 2018 – WEEK 2

Suppers

Turkey Burgers and Greek Salad (with or without gluten free bun)

Farmer sausage with salad or foil pack roasted veg (and leftover farmer sausage for breakfast with eggs)

Slow cooker roast beef with either foil roasted potatoes or hot beef sandwiches on gluten free bread

Leftovers

*We also took Annie’s Mac n Cheese for the kids.

Lunch

Trader Joe inspired salad

Greek Salad with chicken

Salami sandwiches on gluten free bread and raw veggies

Breakfast

Smoothie packs

Peanut Butter bars

Farmer sausage with egg and hashbrowns

Snacks

Chickpea Blondies

Homemade larabars

Fresh fruit (prewashing blueberries and cherries)

Trail mix

Dark chocolate (goes great with after dinner red wine!)

Hummus, veggies and Mary’s Organic Crackers

Smoothies

 

Evening Drinks

Red wine (and dark chocolate)

Iced tea using real brewed tea, honey and lemon (plus rum)

Rum and La Croix (stevia sweetened sparkling beverage)
